Another great clean up for the books!

I'm so pleased with the turnout and enthusiasm for yesterday's clean up -- we had a great crew of volunteers, kids and dogs, and even a few neighbors who came in from outside of Eagle Hill to help the cause. Special thanks to Julie Giller & Ivy Stoner for organizing, Neighborhood Liaison Lina Tramelli and Jay Ruggiero of Plan: East Boston for bringing bags, gloves and pickers, and arranging trash pick up, State Rep Adrian Madaro for coffee, snacks and help cleaning up, and City Councilor Lydia Edwards & Ricardo Patron for stopping by with donuts :)

Also as a result of the event, we had six new people sign up for our e-news list and to volunteer for future clean ups. Great work all! Thanks everyone!
